About Our Candidates

All candidates are screened by a telephone call before we invite them to an interview. They are interviewed in person and we base them on a competency framework. In addition to identifying a candidate's character and personality, our in-depth interview process also allows us to illuminate a candidate's behavioural attributes within the work place. For example, how they work as part of a team and how they cope under pressure. This process can even be tailored to each client's individual needs. Certain roles require strengths in key areas, so working with our clients we can refine and amend our competency framework to highlight relevant skills.  We will conduct on site assessments and complete further training if necessary.
